Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from JoyfulTailz. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving the item. Please contact our customer service team at help@joyfultailz.com for assistance with the return process and guidelines.

Return Conditions:

  • Returns must be authorized, and unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Items must be returned within 7 days after you receive them.
  • Items must be in the same condition as when you received them, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • Please use a shipping method that provides tracking information when returning the items.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Group-buy, discounted, or gift card payment items.
  • Items damaged or lost due to customer mishandling.

Return Process:

Initiate the Return: Please contact us at help@joyfultailz.com with photos of the items and your order number. Our customer service team will process your return request within 3 business days.

Ship the Items Back: If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address and shipping instructions. Please make sure to use a shipping method that provides tracking information and keep the return shipping receipt for reference.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued back to the original payment method.

Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
